ADULTS PROGRAM
Our Adults Program offers classes six days a week, with training levels from Fundamentals to Advanced. Each class follows a structured curriculum built to inspire progress in a safe, motivating, and inclusive environment, empowering every student to learn, improve, and grow at their own pace.

BUILD YOUR FOUNDATION WITH THE FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM
The GB1 Fundamentals Program is made for new students who are starting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Students learn the basic positions, moves, and rules of Jiu-Jitsu. Classes are simple and easy to follow to help students feel confident and strong. Each class is safe, friendly, and supportive, helping every student learn, grow, and enjoy their Jiu-Jitsu journey.

EXPLORE MORE WITH THE GB2 ADVANCED PROGRAM
The GB2 Advanced Program is for students who are ready to move past the basics of Jiu-Jitsu. In this program, students learn harder moves and how to connect them together. Classes include drills and sparring to help build strength, focus, and smart decision-making. Students keep improving in a positive and supportive environment that follows the Gracie Barra values.

ADULTS COMPETITION PROGRAM
Our Adult Competition Program is for students who want to train seriously and prepare for major Jiu-Jitsu tournaments. Classes are intense and focused on competition strategies, conditioning, and live sparring. This program has produced world champions and many successful competitors. Athletes train in a strong, supportive team environment that pushes them to perform at their best on and off the mats.

NO-GI PROGRAM
Our No-Gi Program is a fast-paced class with lots of movement and action. Students train without the gi and learn speed, balance, and control. Classes help improve fitness, quick thinking, and self-defense skills in a fun and high-energy environment.
